Our efforts to mitigate potentially infectious bacteria and viruses begin where you don't notice the battle. This battle has always occurred. With the onset of COVID-19, the silent battle has taken center stage. Butte EMS have enhanced the weapons used in these battles in four distinct ways

UV Anchor

Code 3 - Vital Vio UV LED Lights

All Butte County EMS Ambulances have incorporated the Vital Vio LED/UV lights within the patient compartments. These germ killing lights are safe for our patients and crews.
