Since the1980's, we have provided Advanced Life Support. pre-hospital care and transportation under the protocols of the local EMS agency to the citizens of Butte County. We pride ourselves in our outstanding emergency medical service to the community, our special teams, and our educational and training opportunities. Enloe Health operates Butte County EMS, the exclusive 911 ambulance contractor for Butte County.
